DILOTOP Boilers KD Hot-Air Boilers
Efficient, High-Performance Heating with Flue Gas Utilization
DILOTOP KD hot-air boilers are designed for industrial heating and drying where direct use of flue gases is efficient and practical. These boilers do not use a heat exchanger, meaning hot air contains filtered flue gases from the combustion process. They are not suitable for applications requiring clean hot air, such as food processing or agriculture—for those, we recommend KDV UNI boilers.
With output temperatures up to 480°C (exceptionally 550°C), KD boilers are ideal for industrial drying processeswhere exposure to filtered combustion gases is acceptable.

Key Features of KD Hot-Air Boilers
✔ High-temperature heating – Up to 480°C (550°C for specific materials)
✔ Direct flue gas drying – No heat exchanger, hot air contains combustion gases
✔ Ideal for industrial use – Heating large halls, drying wood chips, sawdust, and non-sensitive materials
✔ Versatile fuel options – Biomass combustion, with the option for light fuel oil or gas burners
✔ Scalable performance – Available in various sizes to fit industrial demands
How KD Boilers Work
Combustion Chamber
Burns biomass, light fuel oil, or gas to generate heat.
Flue Gas Utilization
Hot flue gases pass through a drying chamber, transferring heat directly to the air.
Basic Air Filtration
The system removes larger combustion particles but retains flue gases.
Hot Air Distribution
The heated air is then used for drying or heating industrial spaces.
Temperature Control
Standard automated controls regulate airflow and output temperature.
Note: If cleaner air or additional emission control is needed, optional filtration accessories can be added (see below).
Additional Accessories & Enhancements
Enhance your KD boiler’s efficiency, air quality, and maintenance automation with our optional accessories. Whether you need better filtration, reduced emissions, or automated ash removal, these upgrades help extend boiler lifespan and improve operational convenience.
Explore our Cyclone Spark & Dust Separator, Electrostatic Filter, and Automatic Ash Removal System to customize your boiler to your exact needs.
Cyclone spark and dust separator
-
A centrifugal cyclone separator that removes coarse impurities, ash, and sparks from flue gases.
-
Improves boiler efficiency and protects downstream components.
-
Reduces dust emissions and enhances overall air quality.
-
Recommended for applications where flue gases are used to increase drying temperatures.

Electrostatic separator of sparks and dust
-
Uses an electric field to capture fine dust, ash, and sparks, ensuring up to 90% filtration efficiency.
-
Ideal for reducing emissions and meeting stringent environmental standards.
-
Can be combined with a cyclone separator for maximum air purification.
-
Helps maintain a cleaner and safer work environment.
Automatic Ash Removal
-
External Ash Container – Collects ash efficiently for easy disposal.
-
Screw Conveyor System – Transports ash automatically from the combustion chamber.
-
Reduces manual cleaning, ensuring continuous operation with minimal downtime.
-
Available with a large-capacity (0.5 m³) storage unit for extended maintenance intervals.
